Vision and Mission
Supporting the Vision and Mission of the Ministry of Education and Culture as well as the Jember State Polytechnic by realizing a Superior and Competitive Vocational Higher Education in the Field of Applied Technology that Produces Graduates with Character, with the vision of "Becoming a Superior Polytechnic in Asia by 2035" and with the mission to:
- Establish cooperation with foreign universities to deliver quality education of international standards, enabling graduates to compete in the global arena through student and faculty mobility activities.
- Develop science and technology through innovative and adaptive research activities via joint research and publication.
- Foster productive, innovative, creative, and sustainable cooperation that is reciprocal or mutually beneficial.
- Implement a 2+1 joint degree program, with two years at Jember State Polytechnic and one year at a foreign university, namely CZIMT in China, with the possibility of receiving a recommendation for continuing to a bachelor's program in China.
Cooperation Program Targets
The targets of this cooperation program are:
- Sending students as joint degree students in the international class.
- Students graduating on time within one year in the implementation of the joint degree program for the international class in the associate degree program.

- Prioritizing national development interests and contributing to enhancing the nation's competitiveness.
- Equality and mutual respect, whereby POLIJE can establish cooperation with CZIMT to improve the performance of both parties.
